Refund policy

At Nexurel, we want you to shop with complete confidence. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with an easy and transparent return process.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

We do not accept returns for items that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.


2. Free Return Shipping

We offer free return shipping on all eligible orders.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with:

  • A prepaid return label

  • Instructions on how to send your item back

You will not be charged any return shipping fees.


3. No Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees.
You will receive a full refund of the product price once your return is approved.


4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Your refund will be processed within 14 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been completed

Please note:

  • It may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and reflect the refund in your account


5. Exchanges

We currently accept exchanges.

If you would like to exchange an item:

  • Contact us first to confirm availability

  • Once approved, follow the return process

  • Your replacement item will be shipped after we receive your returned item


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the issue

We will:

  • Offer a free replacement, or

  • Issue a full refund, depending on your preference


7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them.

After this period:

  • Your order may already be processed or shipped

  • In such cases, you will need to follow the return procedure after delivery


8. Non-Returnable Items

We do not have any final sale items — all products are eligible for return as long as they meet our return conditions.
